Daily duties:
As a level 1 Technical Support specialist you will be responsible for providing professional and effective support to customers in relation to IT devices.
Handle queries from commercial clients.
Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.
Understand all customers’ queries and respond in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
Fluency in Finnish language and English essential
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong IT, troubleshooting and networking skills:
Location:- Boxtel, Netherlands

Position 2:- Finnish Accounts Payable- Bucharest, Romania
Benefits:
· Salary:- Around €1000 per month( 50% more than average salaries in Romania)
Full Relocation:- Booked flight tickets and 15 days accommodation
200 Euros rent allowance for 2 years

Daily duties:
Open incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
Check the supplier data and details in the system
Enter correct data into workflow tool
Sorting of invoices (according to criteria: document type, purchase order, headquarter or branch)
Request information for unclear images or incomplete invoices
Send invoices back to suppliers
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Finnish
Exposure to finance or procurement directly would be advantageous
Degree
