Hoitolinjaukset tekee lääkäri, kantaako vastuun, ei kanna. Tripla negat rintasyöpään paras hoitovaste neoadjuvantti hoito ensin, tätä ei kuitenkaan tehdä. Esim tehdään leikkaus ensin, solunsalpaajat ja sädetys. Ja vielä osa poistolla mennään, varma epäonnistuminen.
